jsut tried cleochatra's zucchini pizza....hello....where the blazes was this the last time?! i LOVE IT....It is great, just have to tweak it a bit so that it's not so oily.....think parchment to soak it up.....different pan to get the desired thickness.....ended up with thin crust, but still very good!
