Ok, so the end results for Day 4 menu:
3 eggs-I know I should be having more!
2 tsp butter
2 oz ground beef-no more of this once the last 1 oz is gone
1/2 oz cream cheese-much better with cream cheese
1/4 oz cheddar cheese
80 oz water
20 oz iced tea-way down from 40 oz!
